Art of life

Art of management, art of child raising, art of cooking, art of anything. It is a trend, or becoming one to call a good practice art. When you enjoy it, do it well and others like it too, they label you an artist.

Is there anything in an artist that is more than the others? The ones who are not labeled as artists? Maybe they can do it better than the others. They have the mastery of whatever they are doing. They create more value then others.

Anyway, I do not care about art that much. I want to write about you and your art. You have lived so far competing with the world, spending most of your energies becoming the best in every single area you entered. Best student, best youth leader, best teacher, best musician, best expert in your field. In all the areas you consider important, you superseded everyone.

In other areas you have not started competing yet.

How about trying to become the best in everything? Have a dog? Want to try to be the best dog-owner? Married? How about being the best spouse? Have children? Won't you try to be the best parent? Are you a Christian? Don't you want to be a better Christian than all the others?

You are a child of God. How about becoming His favourite?

It would be real art. Art of life. You, the Leonardo da Vinci of living. Remembered and revered, loved and imitated by all. This would be the greatest gift you could give to the world. To be better than us, so that we can all be inspired by you, follow and imitate you.
